How it works
Our property management services are provided in six simple steps:
1. Consultation & valuation
As soon as you get in touch with us we will arrange a call or web conference to discuss your property, conduct a viewing and, if your property qualifies, provide you with a valuation of the likely rental income to expect.
2. Terms agreed & rent paid
We will agree a written contract with you and, once signed and we receive keys, set up a standing order for the monthly rental payments in accordance with the terms of the agreement.
3. Property enhancement*
If cosmetic improvements (minor decorative works and furnishing) are required to attract the highest standard of guests for serviced accommodation use, we will take care of this free of charge.
4. Viewings & occupancy
We organise viewings through our network to secure short term stays for high-quality guests, primarily targeting professionals visiting for work purposes and those relocating to our designated areas.
5. Management & minor maintenance
We offer a full property management service that includes taking care of day-to-day operations, handling bookings, and coordinating cleaning and inspections via our dedicated care and maintenance teams.
6. End of agreement options
At the end of the agreed term, we will discuss further options with you, to include contract renewal /extension, returning your property or the opportunity for us to purchase it altogether. Rest assured, this process involves no fees, agents or unnecessary complications.
* Understanding our client’s demand for exceptional quality, we are prepared to allocate additional budget if the required works exceed the standard of a typical let.
